 Contacted Col. Flaherty with the Virginia State Police to inform him what personal effects would yield the best possibility for the recovery of latent prints.

LATENT FINGERPRINTS  Two examiners and a photographer assigned to the OCME  One latent examiner with photography experience to float between areas  Remaining staff would process personal effects.
